Who Am I?

Hello! I’m Josephine, Strategic thinker & Operations specialist with over a decade of experience working domestically and internationally in the media & broadcasting industry managing creative teams & large, multi-6 figure budgets for brands including Cartoon Network & Boomerang. There isn’t a process that I can’t optimise to make it more efficient!

I work with female founders who want to grow their businesses, but are overwhelmed by how they can do this. My superpower is giving founders clarity by reminding them of the vision for their life and business so that they can eliminate distractions and take the necessary steps to grow.

Having worked with award winning corporate companies and thriving startups, I will give you a unique perspective on the systems and processes you need to scale your business. I launched The Owusu Collective so that I could use my expertise to help Female Founders get clarity and organise themselves to prepare their businesses for growth.
